Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience.
• Experience in upscale environment preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of our restaurants, in-room dining and Grand Club lounge.
• Lead a busy restaurant run similar to a free-standing location with high service standards.
• Schedule, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and procedures.
• Coordinate special events as needed.
