Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead busy restaurant and bar operations in downtown Dallas. You will coach teams, manage scheduling and labor, forecast needs, and partner with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving costs and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, forecasting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial reports.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a passion for developing others and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead one of the busiest and most dynamic Food & Beverage operations at Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Join our award-winning team at Hyatt Regency Dallas, located in the heart of downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing colleagues and driving operational excellence. This position oversees assigned restaurant and bar outlets and partners closely with hotel leadership to achieve service, financial, and colleague engagement goals.

Responsibilities include leading daily outlet operations, scheduling, forecasting, labor management, training and developing colleagues, ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards and all federal, state, and local regulations, and supporting special events. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will analyze financial performance, monitor food and beverage costs, maintain brand standards, and foster a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
