Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with laws and procedures, and coordinating special events.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and analytical skills, a background in F&B management, and the ability to lead a diverse team across outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management or similar role.
• Knowledge of wine/beverage in upscale settings preferred.
• Food Handler Certificate and TABC required.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage operations across hotel outlets.
• Coordinate scheduling, forecasting and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and procedures.
