Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead high-volume dining and beverage operations in downtown Houston. You will work with F&B managers to schedule, train, and drive revenue while maintaining top guest service standards.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A dynamic leader who can mentor hourly staff will excel in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• One year of high-volume restaurant and/or bar management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in upscale environment preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High energy with strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and train staff to ensure efficient F&B operations.
• Drive revenue and manage a team of hourly colleagues.
• Resolve guest concerns and uphold exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and procedures.
