Job summary

Virgin Hotels Dallas is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead a team on the floor during service, train staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all outlets.

You will manage daily operations, oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to Virgin standards, while coordinating with kitchen and front desk to deliver seamless service; a strong background in hospitality and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification valid for at least 6 months.
• At least one year experience in an upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Train, train, train! build a team of talented individuals with a strong training program.
• Monitor flow of information from superiors and kitchen to hourly teammates on the floor.
• Lead guest interaction, resolve issues on the floor with confidence and positive results.
• Maintain leadership to keep the team energized, on track, and focused on guest experience.
• Balance scheduling, labor, inventory controls, and adherence to safety protocols daily.
• Oversee daily tasks: opening/closing duties, line checks, and ensuring Virgin standards.
