Job summary

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership or hospitality management experience.
• Experience overseeing restaurant operations in high-volume guest-focused environment.
• Strong leadership; coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Food Handler and TABC certification.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and ensure standards.
• Lead as hands-on leader across the property, engaging guests and staff.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures; ensure readiness and cleanliness.
• Monitor operations with department leaders on staffing, service, safety.
• Support finance through monitoring revenue, labor, expenses.
• Collaborate with Marketing on activations and events.
• Coach department leaders and manage performance.
