Stockyards Hotel seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Director of Outlets in leading F&B operations across H3 Ranch and in-room dining, ensuring legendary service, financial performance, and an engaging guest experience.

This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-department collaboration, coaching of leaders, managing for high-volume service, and upholding safety and brand standards while fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Outlets in overseeing day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across hotel outlets.
• Lead by example to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences and service recovery.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, inventory, and costs; drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing on activations, events, and seasonal initiatives.
• Coach and develop department leaders; manage staffing, performance, and engagement.
