The Food & Beverage Outlets Manager at Highgate Hotels will oversee Sassetta, CBD Provisions, In Room Dining, and Lobby Bar operations at The Joule Dallas, ensuring memorable guest experiences. Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive hotel or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and standards.
• Experience leading FOH staff and driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Outlets in achieving budgeted goals for labor and beverage costs.
• Oversee FOH staff training, development, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations.
• Recruit and retain a service-focused team committed to guest excellence.
• Lead guest-centric initiatives and manage weekly staffing schedules.
