ASM Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations for events and services. You will build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, recruit and coach staff, and ensure high-quality, on-time service across catering and venue operations.

The role requires adapting to busy event schedules, maintaining cost controls, and compliance with health and liquor regulations. You will lead a team, collaborate with department heads, and strive to elevate guest experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in high-volume café/restaurant operations and banquet/catering experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving.
• Budget awareness and familiarity with P&L concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and catering software (Caterease preferred).
