Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing large events in food & beverage (weddings, corporate) preferred.
• Must work weekends and holidays; up to 45 hours/week.
• Valid driver’s license; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 15–25+ employees and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain attendance records daily.
• Manage inventory and food orders as needed.
• Cover Manager on Duty and open the store once a week.
• Maintain notes on staff performance and uphold culture and standards.
• Communicate with the team daily and ensure safety.
