Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years in a management-level Food & Beverage role
• Serve Safe certification held or obtainable
• Proven track record of improving kitchen and front-of-house efficiencies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth & Brand Excellence: lead strategic vision for F&B, creating unique culinary and guest experiences
• Develop &Execute Strategic Plans: collaborate with GM on revenue optimization and cost controls
• Innovate & Improve Continuously: identify opportunities for efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Lead High-Performing Teams: recruit, train, and develop F&B staff
• Deliver Exceptional Event Experiences: oversee F&B during events to ensure quality
• Optimize Financial Performance: analyze food sales, labor costs, and margins
• Champion Quality, Safety & Sustainability: ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Set the Standard for Culinary Excellence: refine menus and presentation
• Foster Collaboration & Partnerships: build relationships across departments and partners
