Job summary

Legends Global, operating One World Observatory in New York City, seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support and oversee daily operations, ensuring high guest experience and safety standards. You will supervise floor staff, balance cash, and manage inventory with leadership support.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B, a high school diploma or culinary training, ServSafe certification, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation standards and maintain neat work areas.
• Follow recipes and procedures for high quality, consistent service.
• Greet guests with fast, friendly, personalized service.
• Educate guests on products and offerings.
• Answer questions on coffee blends, prep, and freshness.
• Provide exemplary customer service with product knowledge.
• Process sales in POS system and close receipts politely.
• Assist with station duties and other tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
