Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a capable supervisor to lead Ambassadors in high-volume food & beverage environments and catering operations. The role focuses on training, safety, attendance and guest service, with opportunities to support Special Events and Festivals.

The position requires 18+, 1+ year in F&B leadership, and ability to manage teams across locations. Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected, with potential for Alaska? environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or similar high volume leadership capacity.
• Ability to lead and develop ambassadors in daily tasks.
• Model SEA safety, guest service, attendance, cleanliness and wardrobe standards.
• Able to work with and lead ambassadors in areas that sell and serve alcohol.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to complete a Food Safety Manager certification and pass the exam.
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Extensive walking and standing during shifts.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, catering events and evening hours.
• Work locations flexible based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors.
• Perform the job duties you’re supervising.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals.
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Assist leadership with supervision of planning, directing, and organizational needs in Catering, Special Events and Consumer Events & Festivals.
• Respond to guest and team member needs.
• Assist leadership with scheduling, training, food ordering and equipment.
