Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Orlando seeks an enthusiastic Ambassadors Supervisor to lead a team delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will model top service standards, supervise ambassadors, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting catering, special events and festival operations.

The role requires 18+ years old, 1+ year in food/beverage leadership, and ability to train and coach staff; flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or similar high volume leadership capacity.
• Able to lead and develop ambassadors in daily job tasks.
• A role model for SEA safety, guest service, attendance, cleanliness and wardrobe standards.
• Able to work with and lead ambassadors in areas that sell and serve alcohol.
• A valid Driver’s license preferred and ability to meet company driving guidelines.
• Ability to complete a Food Safety Manager certification and pass the exam.
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs frequently.
• Extensive walking and standing during shifts; frequent bending and climbing stairs.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather; flexible weekends/holidays/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors.
• Perform the job duties you’re supervising.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals.
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Assist leadership with supervision of planning, directing, and organizational needs of Catering, Special Events & Festivals.
• Respond to guest and team member needs.
• Assist leadership with scheduling, training, food ordering and equipment.
