Job summary

SeaWorld Orlando is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead and inspire Ambassadors, delivering outstanding guest experiences across catering, special events, and festival operations. You will model top guest service standards, ensure safety, and coach team members daily.

Flexibility with weekends, holidays, and events is required to support our diverse shows and activities. Requirements include 1+ year in high-volume food & beverage leadership, ability to lift 50 lbs, and certification readiness

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or similar high volume leadership capacity.
• Able to lead and develop ambassadors in daily tasks.
• A role model for SEA safety, guest service, attendance, cleanliness and wardrobe standards.
• Able to work with and lead ambassadors in areas that sell and serve alcohol.
• A valid Driver's license preferred
• Able to complete a Food Safety Manager certification and pass the exam.
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs frequently.
• Extensive walking and standing throughout shift.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and fine hand manipulation.
• Occasional climbing stairs and ladders; work in varied weather
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, catering events and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors
• Perform the job duties you're supervising
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Assist leadership with scheduling, training, food ordering and equipment
• Support departments in Catering, Special Events, and Consumer Events & Festivals
• Respond to guest and team member needs
