Gaylord Hotels seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead its F&B operations at the Aurora location. You will drive outlet marketing, menu development, and guest service while overseeing inventories and beverage programs.

You will manage budget, forecast, and P&L accountability, ensuring HACCP/OSHA compliance and a strong guest experience through creative initiatives and staff leadership.

Qualificações

• 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
• High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree with related experience.
• Experience in managing F&B outlets and leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead F&B outlet operations including marketing, promotions, customer service and inventories.
• Develop menus, recipes and beverage programs in line with company guidelines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost control and inventories for the outlet.
