The role emphasizes leading staff, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining safety and legal obligations.

Previous experience in F&B management and a related degree are preferred; full-time schedule, with bonus eligibility.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Mansioni

• Assists in managing day-to-day F&B operations and scheduling.
• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Supports and monitors monthly self-inspection program for quality control.
• Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Manages staffing levels to meet guest service, operations, and financial goals.
• Communicates needs and updates to staff and follows up for clarity.
• Coordinates cleaning programs across F&B areas and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Ensures adherence to brand service culture and recovery plans.

Formazione
