Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Denver is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. You will lead a team, manage budgets, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and brand standards while developing and executing a business plan for F&B.

The role requires a high school diploma or a 2-year degree with relevant experience, and offers a competitive salary with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Alternatively, 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B.
• Maintains cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Oversees culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Provides leadership, coaching and direction to team members.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and resolves guest concerns promptly.
• Drives budgeting, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Creates and maintains a positive, teamwork-focused work environment.
• Ensures compliance with F&B regulations and brand standards.
