Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and a track record in hospitality management. This is a full-time, on-site management position with bonus eligibility and a competitive annual pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years F&B/culinary experience.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business Administration with 3 years F&B experience.
• Budgeting knowledge and operation oversight are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily F&B shift operations and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Maintains operating budgets and monitors financial objectives.
• Coordinates cleaning programs and maintains brand service standards.
• Provides exceptional customer service and responds to guest needs and concerns.
• Leads staffing decisions to meet guest service and operational needs.
