Job summary

Sheraton seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to manage hotel outlets, ensure high standards, and maximize guest satisfaction. You will own daily operations, collaborate with culinary, sales, and events teams, and drive revenue while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer relations skills.
• Excellent communication; verbal and written.
• Experience in F&B operations and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, and POS systems.
• Ability to analyze data and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct F&B outlets to meet daily operation needs.
