Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Server at Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley to join a dynamic, high-energy team. You will greet guests, manage orders, and ensure smooth service across restaurant and banquet environments in a luxury alpine setting.

Responsibilities include accurate ordering, allergy communication, banquet support, and strict adherence to SOPs and state liquor laws. A 21+ certification and prior hospitality experience are required; flexible scheduling is expected.

• Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol under Utah law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide through menus with product knowledge.
• Take orders accurately, ensure allergies and dietary needs are communicated to kitchen.
• Input orders into POS, manage pacing and course timing.
• Assist in pre-clearing during meals and reset stations for next seating.
• Support banquet events: setup, service, and synchronized clearing as needed.
• Adhere to Utah liquor laws, verify IDs, and ensure proper pours.
