Job summary

Soho House Chicago is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead service quality and guest experience across the club and restaurant operations. You will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly F&B delivery, build strong vendor relationships, manage budgeting, forecasting, and staff development under the General Manager’s direction.

You’ll drive standards, elevate member and guest satisfaction, supervise scheduling, and collaborate with departments to design menus and training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Detail oriented, process driven in high-volume environments
• Experience with hospitality tech (OpenTable, POS, Opera)
• Strong leadership with cross-functional communication
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-focused with proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Oversee service standards and staff scheduling to ensure exceptional member/guest experience
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly F&B delivery and ensure adherence to budgets and KPIs
• Develop and train staff; manage recruitment and performance reviews
• Build and maintain vendor relationships; forecast needs and manage inventory
• Collaborate with departments to design menus and optimize processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and allergy procedures
