Soho House Malibu is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead service and quality control under the General Manager. You will own daily, weekly and monthly delivery on projects, forecast, interview and hire for F&B, manage inventory and vendor relations, and ensure the business operates to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will maximize sales and guest satisfaction by building relationships, upholding service standards, scheduling and training staff, and driving continued

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar role.
• Detail oriented and able to perform in high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Influential leader who collaborates with the General Manager to ensure service, staffing and member/guest experience exceed expectations and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with members, guests and staff to maintain exceptional service levels.
• Design, train and implement exceptional menus, manage purchasing and vendor relations.
• Proactively identify guest needs and develop action plans to enhance experience and reduce risk.
• Support HR guidelines and assist recruitment to build a high-performing team.
• Set targets, create schedules, and establish policies and procedures.
• Drive transparency and teamwork while maintaining safety and allergy procedures.
• Provide weekly/daily recaps covering service standards, staffing, sales and profit.
