You will oversee scheduling, training, compliance with regulations, and innovation in service delivery to elevate guest experiences across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Extensive training in food safety, health codes and local/state restaurant laws.
• Progressive F&B operations experience including leadership, financial, and market analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the property's food & beverage planning and service to meet quality and safety standards.
• Promote internal growth programs and live by the Culture.
• Maximize food and beverage department profitability and control costs.
• Plan and direct schedules and assign responsibilities in the F&B department.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Provide personalized service and maintain high standards of operation.
