Valor is seeking a Food & Beverage Leader to drive operational excellence across all hotel outlets in the United States. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a food & beverage leadership role.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and develop the food & beverage team to meet service standards.
• Set and manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls across outlets.
• Lead operational planning to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and alcohol regulations.
• Design promotional initiatives to boost guest engagement and sales.
