You will drive profitability, oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with laws while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a 24/7 operation. Flexibility and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive training in food safety, health codes and local and state restaurant laws.
• Progressive F&B operations experience including leadership, financial, and market analysis.
• Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Able to report to work for scheduled shifts.
• Able to work a flexible schedule; 24/7 operations may require nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient English communication (written, verbal, in person).
• Ability to maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and evacuation basics.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and maintain professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the property’s food and beverage planning and service.
• Promote internal growth programs and live the Culture relentlessly.
• Maximize F&B department profitability and manage scheduling and training.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Provide personalized service and maintain high standards of guest experience.
