Overview: The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the F&B outlet operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality service, and product standards. Responsibilities include marketing, staff management, guest relations, budget adherence, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily outlet operations.
  2. Supervise outlet personnel.
  3. Respond promptly to guest complaints.
  4. Coordinate with other F&B managers and inform superiors of issues.
  5. Monitor loss prevention measures.
  6. Prepare and submit reports on payroll, revenue, and staffing.
  7. Maintain service quality standards.
  8. Assist in menu planning and compliance with liquor laws and sanitation regulations.
  9. Ensure SOP adherence and proper requisition procedures.
  10. Be visible on the floor and support staff during service.
  11. Conduct performance reviews and staff training.
  12. Participate in departmental and hotel-wide training programs.
  13. Interview and approve candidates for F&B positions.
  14. Complete tip reporting accurately.
  15. Implement corporate promotions and standards.
  16. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
