The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the F&B outlet's operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality service, and product standards. Responsibilities include marketing, employee retention, budget management, and maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations
• Supervise staff and respond to guest complaints
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and report on issues
• Assist in loss prevention and prepare reports
• Monitor service quality and assist in menu planning
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations
