The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the F&B outlet’s operations. The role involves maintaining profitability, ensuring high-quality products and service, marketing to promote business, reducing employee turnover, managing revenue and payroll budgets, and meeting productivity and quality standards.
