Job summary

Hollywood Casino York is seeking a Food & Beverage supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will assist in scheduling, uphold quality and health standards, and support cost controls across shifts.

The role requires a 18+ age, HS diploma or GED, and prior customer service experience; F&B background preferred. Flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends is needed. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Requires solid customer service experience and the ability to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient in Outlook and basic computer tasks.
• Knowledge of kitchen/restaurant sanitation and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff; monitor performance and profitability.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support compliance with departmental budgets and cost control measures.
• Deliver superior customer service and uphold company standards.
• Assist in maintaining sanitation, menu inspection, and health compliance.
• Contribute to cross-training and teamwork across shifts.
