Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission.
• Obtain RAMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
• Monitor guests’ needs continuously and fulfill all requests.
