Job summary

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Grantville, PA is seeking a senior Food & Beverage leader to direct all F&B operations across the property, overseeing staff, budgeting, scheduling and guest service.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have strong communication and leadership skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and F&B software systems. This role requires strategic thinking and a proven ability to develop teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent; or 4–8 years F&B leadership experience.
• Proven leadership and staff development ability.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall Food & Beverage operations and staff.
• Develop, implement, and manage budgets and cost controls.
• Ensure staffing objectives, scheduling efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead menu design, pricing, and profitability decisions.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with executives on strategic plans and reporting.
