Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations and staff scheduling. You will help manage costs, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold gaming regulations.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends. Multi-location work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage preferred but not required.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Strong report writing and business correspondence skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations.
• Create effective schedules and manage labor costs to meet guest satisfaction.
• Assist in department budget process and report budget concerns.
• Promote superior customer service and ensure standards are followed.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and department regulations.
• Maintain procedures for food service and inspect menu items.
• Assist manager with administrative duties and cost control through pars and inventory.
• Maintain confidentiality and report issues to management.
