Hotel Forty Five in downtown Macon is reimagining the restaurant LOOM into TELAIO, a fresh Northern Italian dining experience, and we’re seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the charge. You’ll own the guest experience, recruit and coach your team, and collaborate on signature cocktails and a premier wine program.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role in high-volume or fine dining settings.
• Fine dining, wine, and beverage knowledge is essential.
• Micros and OpenTable knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ServSafe certification or renewal in progress.
• Strong ownership and ability to coach restaurant staff.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations while delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop your service team.
• Collaborate on creating signature cocktails and an exceptional wine program.
• Build a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest experiences.
• Work with culinary and hotel leadership to bring the vision to life.
• Review staffing, manage payroll, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
