Job summary

Hotel Forty Five in Macon is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to support daily kitchen operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality food and a safe, efficient environment under Autograph Collection brand standards and Mainsail hospitality.

You will supervise staff, assist with prep and line cooking, maintain sanitation, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Culinary training or coursework is preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or fine dining.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Previous culinary kitchen experience and supervisory/lead experience are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
