Job summary

Eataly Houston is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to direct our front-of-house operations across restaurants, cafés and to-go counters, ensuring guest experience and profitability.

You will lead a team of managers, set goals, mentor staff, and collaborate with corporate leadership on pricing, promotions and supplier orders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in high-volume restaurant management; knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in front-of-house/QSR management in high-volume settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Italian cuisine and wine highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes front-of-house operations to maximize profitability while upholding standards.
• Leads a team of restaurant managers, providing training and motivation.
• Assists with hiring, scheduling, payroll, and evaluations.
• Oversees pricing, merchandising and promotions to drive sales.
• Prepares weekly updates on FOH, beverage and QSR operations with senior leaders.
