Job summary

Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure exceptional ACES service across all outlets. The role supports scheduling, cost control, and adherence to health and safety standards.

The position requires strong customer service experience, flexibility with shifts, and knowledge of sanitation and restaurant operations. Training and supervision are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and coaching to team members.
• Ensure Food & Beverage outlets operate efficiently and deliver ACES service.
• Assist in scheduling and address scheduling concerns while focusing on guest satisfaction.
• Support budget compliance and cost-control methods.
• Assist in menu development and standard procedures for food service.
