Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team, supervise staff, and ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets. The role involves supporting service on the floor, wine service when needed, and upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems. A valid driver license and state liquor permits are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years lead or supervisory experience in a food service operation.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel in the Food & Beverage Department, including scheduling and training.
• Assist service team on the floor and with wine service as needed.
• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets and ensure profitability and safety.
