The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support private dining events, group reservations, marketing initiatives, and daily administrative operations across resort teams.

You will coordinate events from inquiry to execution, prepare proposals and menus, manage OpenTable and other reservation platforms, and help drive guest satisfaction through collaboration with Culinary, Banquets, Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage, event coordination, sales, marketing, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience with private dining, restaurant reservations, or event planning is a plus.
• Familiarity with reservation platforms, event management systems, or digital marketing tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Events & Private Dining: Manage inquiries, group reservations, private dining experiences, and special celebrations from initial planning through execution.
• Support Sales opportunities: Prepare event proposals, menus, Restaurant Event Orders (REOs), and event details while identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage Reservations: Maintain OpenTable, Resort Pass, and RealTime Reservations platforms, ensuring accurate availability, bookings, and guest information.
• Bring Marketing Ideas to Life: Partner with Sales & Marketing to promote dining experiences, seasonal events, special offers, and restaurant activations.
• Create & Coordinate Materials: Assist with menus, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and digital marketing content.
• Keep Everyone Connected: Collaborate with Culinary, Banquets, Front Office, and other resort departments to ensure smooth communication and successful events.
• Support F&B Leadership: Assist with scheduling, reports, event calendars, administrative tasks, and departmental projects.
• Enhance the Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback, respond to client needs, and help identify ways to improve service and increase guest engagement.
