Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support private dining, group reservations, and daily administrative operations across resort teams.

You will coordinate events from inquiry to execution, prepare proposals and REOs, manage OpenTable and RealTime reservations, and contribute marketing ideas to promote dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in hospitality, F&B, events, sales, marketing, or admin support.
• Experience with private dining, restaurant reservations, or event planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inquiries, group reservations, private dining, and events from planning to execution.
• Prepare proposals, menus, REOs, and event details while seeking revenue opportunities.
• Manage OpenTable, Resort Pass, and RealTime Reservations for accurate bookings.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote dining experiences and activations.
• Assist with menus, promos, signage, and digital content.
• Support scheduling, reports, calendars, and departmental projects.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to client needs to improve service.
