Job summary

Gale Hotels in Miami seeks an Event Sales Manager for Restaurants & F&B Banquet Space to drive private dining and group event sales across the hotel’s venues. You will lead the full sales cycle, build relationships with corporate clients and planners, and coordinate with outlets to execute high-quality events.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in event sales within hospitality, strong client relationships, and a solid grasp of food & beverage operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event sales or catering in hospitality
• Strong understanding of restaurants and food & beverage operations
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposals
• Proficiency in CRM systems and booking platforms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate private dining and F&B event business through outbound sales, networking, and inquiries
• Conduct site tours, create proposals, and manage full sales cycle for restaurant-based and banquet F&B events
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, planners, and local businesses
• Collaborate with restaurant managers, chefs, and banquet staff to plan high-quality events
• Stay informed on menus, beverage programs, and promotions
• Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs) and communicate details to operations teams
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual F&B event sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain client records, event details, and pipeline activity in CRM/system
