Job summary

Tempo by Hilton Tucson Uptown seeks an energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead Moonsong Coffee Shop & Bistro, the Full-Service Bar, and the Banquet and Catering Department, driving guest experiences and revenue.

You will oversee a team of ~30, manage budgets, ensure food safety and brand standards, and partner with sales for events, while delivering consistent service excellence across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive F&B management experience.
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
• Proven leadership abilities with 20+ employees.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership & team development across outlets.
• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, bar, and banquet departments.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and Hilton brand standards.
• Monitor service standards and implement improvements.
• Manage departmental budgets, revenues, costs, and forecasting.
• Oversee banquet events and catering operations.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with sales and events teams to drive revenue growth.
