Moonrise Hotel is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Director to lead the hotel’s dining and beverage operations, including a 40-seat restaurant, two bars, and 24-hour room service. You will manage a diverse team, control costs, and ensure high standards of service, quality, and merchandising.

The role requires strong leadership, clear delegation, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, work history also considered.
• Minimum three years of food & beverage experience with at least two years in restaurant management, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; proficient with computers and English communication.

Mansioni

• Plan and direct the Food & Beverage department operations to meet daily needs.
• Develop, assign and monitor schedules for all restaurants and bars to achieve profitability.
• Oversee Restaurant Floor Supervisors, Executive Chef, Banquet Manager, Bartenders, Room Service staff and F&B Admin.
• Collaborate with chefs and managers on menu development and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, Serve Safe and related regulations.
