Job summary

Ventana Canyon Alliance Llc seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Director to lead all dining outlets, bars, banquets, and catering at Ventana Canyon Club and Lodge in Tucson. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence with hands-on floor presence during peak periods and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a director or Senior Manager role.
• Luxury resorts, country clubs, or private club experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dining outlets, bars, banquets, and events.
• Provide strategic direction for all Food & Beverage operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
• Manage budgets, labor, food and beverage costs, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus and seasonal offerings.
