Job summary

Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will train staff, monitor budgets, and implement quality standards while maintaining a guest-centric culture in a vibrant hotel setting. Prior hotel restaurant supervision is preferred, with DAY-1 benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant and bar operations.
• Ability to analyze data figures and budgets.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs and math for budgeting.
• Experience with labor cost management and staff scheduling.
• Prior hotel restaurant supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Restaurant & Bar operations.
• Ensure staff training on quality and service standards.
• Meet or exceed budgeted revenues as directed by leadership.
• Control labor costs through scheduling and management.
