Job summary

Tempo by Hilton Hotel Tucson Uptown is seeking an HR Manager to lead the hotel's training strategy and serve as a key member of the Human Resources team. The role focuses on coaching leaders, driving Hilton’s Guest Recovery models, service culture, and guest engagement to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will design, facilitate, and track training programs, manage recruitment and onboarding for hourly and management staff, and ensure compliance with company and brand

• Experience designing and delivering training programs across departments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and employment laws.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and drive guest-service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS entries for staff and managers.
• Design, facilitate, and track training programs aligned with Hilton standards.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes as needed.
• Monitor training metrics and ensure compliance with legal and brand requirements.
