Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of F&B leadership, ServSafe and TIPS certifications, and flexibility for varied shifts. A hospitality background is preferred for strategic guest experience delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B leadership experience and daily operations oversight.
• Strong guest service standards and knowledge of F&B trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
• Certifications in ServSafe and TIPS for safety and service.
• Ability to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hospitality degree or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across all F&B outlets with a focus on service excellence.
• Drive revenue via promotions, upselling, and collaboration with Culinary and Events.
• Oversee banquet execution and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain a service-focused culture.
• Monitor forecasts, labor, and departmental costs for financial accountability.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, licensing, and Atrium standards.
