Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to lead operations across boutique hotel F&B outlets. You will drive revenue, quality, and guest satisfaction with hands-on leadership and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in restaurant management, exceptional people skills, and the ability to mentor a diverse team while maintaining strict standards across food production, service, and purchasing. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful restaurant/food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple outlets.
• Flexibility to work diverse shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership from check-in to service and daily ops oversight.
• Oversee F&B across hotel spaces to maximize profits and guest experiences.
• Maintain high service and quality standards including food production, service, purchasing.
• Lead, mentor, and train F&B operations team.
• Implement ordering/receiving program to ensure price/quantity accuracy.
• Act as IRHG ambassador and provide leadership to all F&B outlets.
• Deliver unique guest services to create memorable experiences and retention.
