As the F&B Director you are a passionate food and beverage professional with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry while mastering the synergy within boutique hotels. You should have a proven track record of success in managing approachable yet elevated dining establishments, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
