Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Director in Roswell, GA to lead and elevate our restaurant and hotel dining programs. You will drive service excellence, manage a multi-concept F&B operation, and mentor a diverse team across outlets.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of restaurant management, a passion for hospitality, strong communication, and a knack for optimizing guest experiences, cost controls, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and embrace core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight.
• Oversee food and beverage across hotel spaces to maximize profits and guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of service including food production, equipment use and control, banquet and room service.
• Lead, mentor, and train the F&B operations team.
• Implement and monitor ordering and receiving programs to ensure proper quantities and prices.
